We try to keep our website up to date with the inventory but sometimes there may be out of stock items. You can always contact us by phone or email to check product availability before making your purchase. If you place an order and an item is out of stock, we will contact you to let you know when it will be back in stock.
RETURNS of merchandise are accepted within 14 days of purchase date, product must be returned in new condition and in ORIGINAL packaging (UNOPENED). No exchanges or in store credit for boxes that are opened or damaged.
VODA products come with a five (5) year warranty on parts and proper functioning from the date of purchase.

The cartridges are guaranteed for life.

Other brands come with a warranty depending of the supplier.

Deliveries

We offer local delivery within a radius of 60KM around each store location. A delivery charge applies. Please contact us if you are outside the radius served.
We offer delivery anywhere in Canada via a transport company, please note that deliveries outside the local area are made on pallets and are deposited in front of your residence. We do not bring the products into your residence, you must provide help for heavy and/or bulky products.
For heavy and/or bulky items, our local deliveries are made in your garage or on the ground level floor, we do not deliver above the ground floor or in basements. Exceptions for apartment buildings and condo towers with elevators only. For all orders outside our local radius, deliveries are made on pallets and are delivered in front of the residence, we do not enter your home. Please don't hesitate to contact us for further information.
When you place your order, we will contact you within 24 to 48 hours to inform you of product availability and delivery dates. Usually if all the products ordered are in stock, the delivery time can be quite fast (2-5 working days).
We offer a local delivery service to maintain control over the quality of our service. We do inspect the products before delivery to prevent any surprises but it happens. Damaged goods must be reported within 72 hours of delivery or receipt.
Yes, you can choose your desired location for in-store pickup during your checkout.
